A collaborative story about bees? Why not? We are amazing writers and illustrators! Each school took on the task of writing and illustrating a page from the story. When it was our turn, we read what had been written before, we thought, we wrote, we illustrated!
"Maya the
bee and her friend Tina thought that the best place to hold the honey festival
was the forest. So, they went to a hive and called out to the workers bees.
“Dear
friends, come help us make the forest a surprise for the children!” The workers
said: “We are coming right away because we love children who protect us!”
The bees
also called out to the torches to light the trees with their lights and
everyone together started preparing the forest for the honey festival."
